Terms & Conditions

1. Rates

— All our rates are shown in American Dollars (USD). The system does not perform any type of conversion to your local currency. By accepting this policy you acknowledge having been informed about the type of currency that we use to display our rates and agree that the amount shown to be paid is made in dollars.

— Pets are allowed by paying a fee of $25 USD per night. A deposit of $100 USD will be required at time of arrival and only returned if there is no damage caused.


2. Cancellation Policy

— Cancellation is only available when booking with the Refundable Rate.

— A full refund will be granted only if canceled 60 days in advance.

— With an advance of cancellation on the day of arrival before 40 days, a refund of 60% of the total price will be granted.

— Cancellations made within 40 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.

— Reservations, deposits… for yacht, tour, chef and transportation services are not returned in case of cancellation, covid included.

 


3. Early arrival and late departure


Check-in is at 3PM. If you arrive at the hotel prior to the normal check-in time, you are advised to approach the stuff for assistance in storing your luggage until check-in is available.

Check-out is at 11AM. Late check-outs are available on request subject to room availability and occupancy level with a one-day-before confirmation. 

Late check-out ends at 3PM and has a charge o $40 per room. If the full property is rented, all rooms are charged.


4. Transfers & Yachts

— Transfers and yachts are paid in advance.

— Cancellations will be effective only up to 40 days before, with a 20% penalty. In the 7 days prior to arrival a refund will be made only in case of major cause.


5. Tours

— Tours are paid in advance.

— Client may only change or cancel the tour without any extra charge with a minimum notice of 24 hours before the designated pick-up time.

— A cancellation in the previous 24 hours will result in the non-return of the deposit.

— In case of meteorological conditions that prevent the fulfillment of the activity, the requested service can be refunded or reprogrammed.


6. Property Damage

— In the case of damage to the hotel, an estimate of the cost caused will be made which the client will have to pay before departure.
